Skiathos Villa Maria is a beautiful villa, composed by 16 studios
for 2 or 3 persons. All of our accommodations have a fully equiped kitchen, refrigerator,
safe deposit box, TV, air-condition, toaster, kettler, and balconies. Additionally there is private parking. In our Villa
there is also a swimming pool with an extra childrens swiimming pool and a playground Surrounded by a beautifull garden, and almost every mediteranian flower and tree for amazing relaxation moments.

Located in Troulos Area , the house is
only 9 km from Skiathos town, in a quite relaxing area. Troulos bay beach is only 500 meters away, and on the way (only 100m) you will find the regular
(every 15 minutes) bus station (#18) and many taverns,restaurants, super markets,
car rentals, bars and clubs.
Troulos area is a very organised area and being almost in the middle of the islands makes it an ideal starting point for exploring the beauty of Skiathos island. Near by there is also Aselinos beach, and small Aselinos beach and the monastery of Kounistria.
